COUNTY.

A hub of technology, tourism, and white-sand shores, Orange County is one of the most sought-after spots on the California map, welcoming in around 49.4million visitors each year. Brimming with attractions, including world-renowned Disneyland, it’s no surprise that opportunistic crime often walks hand-in-hand. With a population of 138,669, a crime occurs every minute in the region, with theft coming top of the non-violent crime charts, and assault and robbery reported to be the most common violent crime in the county.

Seeing a steady decline in violent crime, recognized as safer than 35% of US cities, the most common crime in Orange County involves property crime, with a 1.5% chance of residents becoming a victim each year. And when it comes to serious crimes, namely murder, rape, robbery, and assault? Orange County comes in far below the national average.

Ultimately, we understand that being arrested is often a blip in the road.
